About BuildServ

BuildSERV creates web applications for homebuyer messaging and warranty management. The company's focus is "keeping homebuyers informed" by delivering messages to their mobile devices. We minimize or eliminate most of the cost and inconvenience associated with printed documentation, warranty CD-ROMs, and routine phone interactions for our clients.

Our Messaging Manager automates most routine warranty processes with electronic messages and campaigns. We provide mechanisms for tracking e-mail and website responses for each homebuyer. Reports provide a timeline from sales contract through warranty completion of homeowner activities for compliance monitoring and customer service program improvements.

BuildSERV was acquired by Constellation Homebuilder Systems in June 2008. Brad Brickman the founder of BuildSERV manages the business unit called Constellation – BuildSERV. Brad and his team work out of Constellation's Redmond, WA offices.
