What is Ownership Guide?

Ownership Guide is a web-based application for homebuilders dedicated to organizing homeowner resources and managing important communications from the sales contract through warranty completion. Two different web applications, Message Manager and Home Ownership Guide, help you build campaigns, communicate your message and track results.

Home Owner's Guide is a personalized, private homebuyer website which contains presentations and resources about the products, materials and systems built into the home. Access is driven by electronic messages that notify the homeowner about important project milestones (or touch-points).
